Job description:Looking to convert loft on an end of terrace house with side access. Most houses in the street have had loft conversions. Looking for bedroom & en-suite cloakroom or shower room. Rear dormer/ front velux. MUST be a habitable room - legally classed as a third bedroom. NOT a "loft room". Absolutely NO cost "add-ons" - if this is your usual strategy to give a quote and add to it as the job progresses, then please don't contact me!
