Job description:I am looking for a reliable trademan who has the experience in Loft conversion.My loft is already floor boarded. The relevent work will involve Plastering boarding , the internal roofing is already hard sealed with riged foamed,it will need to be plastered boarded and skimmed. I am looking to convert the loft area in two bedrooms ,and a wash/showerroom. the electric work will also be needed. Downstairs I am also considering to replaster the lounge ,sitting room and two further rooms, the obviously to be painted afterwards. it would be nice for the builder to come and see the area and discuss the job involvements and quote the price for the the job. Thanks.
