Job description:We have a large loft, that we don't want fully converted, but do want it boarded out, plastered and windows put in, so that it is a cleaner, more usable space. The intention is to have plumbing put in (electrics are already installed), so that we can fully convert it further down the line as required. We would also require a replacement ladder, that is more user friendly than the existing "drop down" metal ones that we have now.
