Job description:Loft Room approx 2mx4m outer walls plasterboard damaged due to leaking roof (fixed 7 years ago) TASKS 1. Remove tiling and re-cover the ceiling. 2. Re-floor the loft bedroom 3. Remove current cupboard structures. 4. Replace plasterboard or skim plaster current walls. 5. Build wardrobe space 6. Paint and Decorate the refurbished walls and Ceiling 7. Replace or provide insulation in remaining under-roof spaces 8. Re-position roof access point 9. Make safe any residual piping from boiler removal 10. Change and move radiator 11. Turn spiral staircase into blocked stairs, including risers. 12. hand rails changed throughout to traditional rail and posts. 13. refurbish & re-decorate Hall stairs and landing up to the loft, plasterboard removed if necessary, plastered and painted 14. Electric lights modernised in loft, stairs and landing 15. Remove waste materials
