Job description:Plans already drawn up by an architect / engineer for the project (just awaiting building warrant confirmation) to convert the loft in a mid terraced 2 bedroom house into a 3rd bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Four velux windows to input / staircase to put in from 1st floor to loft / requiste building, plumbing, electrical works as required also. Project needs to be completed by end of May / beginning of June 2011 at latest.
