Job description:We require a new loft hatch and ladders to be installed, along with the new portion of the loft boarded. This area has been insulated well so the boards may need raising so as not to squash the insulation. Prior to all of this existing spot lights in the bedroom (10 or so) need removing and the ceiling made good. 2 new bedroom lights to be wired in.
