Job description:The work is on an end terrace property built approx 1908 in good condition the work is to extend master bedroom by removing a partition wall dividing it from a small bedroom to make a larger room, change existing second bedroom into bathroom, build above a existing kitchen extension to make a further bedroom which shall be made larger by using existing bathroom that will adjoin it, resite internal wood partition walls to make landing and stairwell for new stairway to attic and fit two dormers in attic with a small toilet shower room, supply and fit any other windows not affected by this work with matching double glazing , the row of houses have already had dormers fitted except for this property and the kitchen extension is done so just making a further room above does not build outside existing building boundaries, the work is mainly for first or second fit finish owner willing to do finishing
