I am wanting the loft converting and a velux window putting in along with shower cubicle, toilet and sink in its own separate area. Ladders that are in are staying so its pretty much boarding out, creating the bathroom, insulation and velux window. We can pay for the things needed on top of what it will cost for your time and effort
