Job description:To prepare the existing rafters and padstone pockets to accept steel ridge beam. To fit the spliced ridge beam and construct and ply clad the dormer structure. To mount a second steel between the ridge and the dormer wall to carry the hanging staircase load. Possibility of further work in internal stud walls, insulating and plasterboarding depending on your interest and timescales
