Divide property into 2 flats, add loft conversion in Queen's Park
Needed: Loft Conversion Specialist in Queen's Park, BN2
Job submitted:May 17, 2007
Job description:I own a property at 45 Queens Park Rise, Brighton BN2 9ZF. It is an end-of-terrace house built in about 1905 with solid walls. I wish to convert it into a ground floor flat, and, by adding a loft conversion, an upper maisonette. At the moment the house has, on the ground floor, 2 reception rooms, hallway, kitchen and garden, which could become a 2 bedroom flat with a kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there are now 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and there is a large loft space. This would become a maisonette with 3 bedrooms and a sitting room, bathroom and kitchen, and there is the possibility of a roof terrace. The house has a good situation near Queens Park, Brighton, opposite St Lukes Junior School. It has views to the sea and good light.
Budget:Over £30,000
