Job description:We have two rooms that have been converted upstairs with planning permission. The people before had two small children so the rooms upstairs are a small double and a sinble room. What we want to do is go further into the loft to make both rooms bigger and turn one room into a double sized bedroom and the other room into an ensuite. There is no heating or water upstairs.
