Sky Tunnel or Skylight installation in Saltdean

Job description:We require a Sky Tunnel into a West facing converted bungalow roof. The tunnel wouldn't have to travel too far into the upstairs room (2mx2m square). Probably less than a foot max as there is already a sloping part of the inside ceiling. We've considered velux windows but have been told at less than 50cm between each rafter that is not an option (?) We would require the total unit + installation fee please for the work done plus any timescales on the job and when it could start. Thanks
