Job description:I am looking for a builder that can do loft conversions. i live in a semi detached property and would like to have the loft converted into a double bed room with domers at the front and the end. I have made enquiries about planning permission already and have been advised b the council that this will not be an issue. The work will involve bringing down the chimney, changing some of the plumbing as we want to get an en-suite in the loft as well.
