Job description:End of terrace town house in Brighton, looking for basic loft conversion: Design , Building control/planning, Full width rear dormer , front velux(s) and staircase. Need advice on maximising ceiling heigh as low roof height (2.2m) , eg stressed box design flooring, ultra thin insulation, steelwork etc. Don't need fully finished as can do wiring, plumbing, plastering and any stud walls to minimise cost.
