Job description:I would like my loft hatch to be moved from its current position to the adjacent pairs of beams within the same room. The house is 3 years old, with a plaster board ceiling. The loft hatch is a plastic construction that will fit into the adjacent pair of beams. The old hole will need to be recovered, plastered and made good. The ceiling is smooth plastered and pained white.
