Would like to consider conversion to gable-end roof with rear dormer, preferably as close to full size as possible. Stairs to rise over existing ground floor stairs into dormer. Dormer to be floor to ceiling glazed to take in views over the city. Front (sloping) part of conversion to include bathroom and dressing/storage, with single velux window.
