Job description:Mid terrace house with a standard double gable end roof with 2.5m+ clearance to ridge line. Would like a complete loft conversion to provide a new bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Would possibly require a dormer across half the width of the back of the house to gain enough landing height for a new staircase. Work would include all plumbing for bathroom plus electrics, insulating, boarding etc. Not sure if it would require decoration work. Would also want at least two velux windows and a window in dormer. I don't have accurate measurements of the space but very approximately the existing loft's floor space is 6m by 10m
