Job description:I have 1930 semi detached property which I would like to have a dorma loft conversion on. The conversion will consist of 2 rooms a bedroom and an on-suite bathroom. For the right tradesman I would also like to a one story extension to the side of the property which will include a study, downstairs toilet and conservatory style kitchen.
