Job description:I would like a new loft access hatch to be created on the landing at the top of my stairs as the current one is very narrow and located in a closet off the 2nd bedroom. I will need the hole cut in the ceiling to create the access, a hatch fitting, plus a drop down ladder to access the loft. Also I would like the central part of the loft floor to be boarded so I can use it for storage. I live in a standard 2 bed terrace house.
