Job description:I am looking firstly to establish whether my loft is suitable for conversion. If so, ideally would like to accomodate a master bedroom and ensuite. If not big enough then just a bedroom. Not sure if would require a dormer and what the planning permission etc. would be regarding this. Budget not specified as not sure how much the loft can accomodate at this stage.
