Job description:1980's architect-designed townhouse, loft measurements 31' 6" x 14' 6", height 9' 4". Internally, multiple wooden stakes holding up roof. Floor insulated (open insulation), and seems capable of holding weight of person walking on it. No stairs leading to loft-currently accessible through purpose-built hole in ceiling of third floor. Some electrical wiring already in place. Looking to convert it to a single room. Would appreciate having quotes for conversion with 2 skylights. Thanks.
