Loft hatch with ladder & boards in loft to turn it into a storege area in Splott

Job description:I currently have a hatch to the attic however I am only able to put my head through. Would like to be able to pull down a properly sized hatched with ladder attached and a couple of boards put down in the attic to be able to use this as storage space.
