Job description:I need our loft to be floored - currently boards only cover about 20-25% so that it can be used properly for storage. I also need lighting and a ladder installed. Depending on the cost, I may add further improvements - such as to the inside of the roof etc. The house is 3 bed detached - possibly slightly smaller than average. I have indicated within 1 month start, but am flexible. Please let me know if you need more information.
