Job description:We need someone quickly for an expert service in building Loft Conversions and planning etc for our project. We want someone very experienced and qualified to handle all the design, building regs and planning permissions etc, and to be able to complete the build of our project of turning our spacious loft into 3 bedrooms (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. We would want the project completed to a good quality standard prior to painting and decorating. There is no existing staircase. Our property is a 1930's semi-detached bungalow of 880 sq feet including outbuildings. The roof has a length of 48 feet from gable end to gable end. There is a width of 10 feet between purlins and a headroom clearance of over 6 feet. We feel there is real scope for potential, possibly requiring some redesign of downstairs layout to accomodate new staircase. We are trying to create a lovely family home.
