Job description:We have a upper flat that was built in 1900 and has approx 90m space in the attic that we are interested in converting into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with dormer windows. We have no planning permission or plans drawn up yet but are interested in obtaining a quote on how much the total work (incl planning if covered) would cost. Only problem is we are only there during the evenings and at weekends. I look forward to hearing from you. Katie
