Job description:I wish to obtain an estimate on a loft conversion. The lift is like an a shape length 28ft and the highest point of the loft in the middle is 10ft and approx width is 14ft. I would be looking to use it as just 1 room with 1/2 dormers to the read and 1/2 velum windows to the front. The quote will need to include drawings the stairs everything required from start to finish leaving me with a room ready to decorate. Please note I owe the top floor flat the building has a basement flat ground floor then 1st floor flat which is the one I owne.
