Job description:Two bedsits on the ground floor to be converted to self-contained flat with one of the rooms converted to bedroom and ensuite shower/toilet. Present kitchens to be removed and new kitchen fitted. Elec, gas and plumbing/drains all to building regs including sound insulation to ceiling. Moving and creating access doorways. 2 rooms above to be similar in bedroom but separate kitchen. Whole job to be project managed with requisite liaiason with Derby City Council including plans and final certification. Part of the project is also to put a similar ensuite in another area, deleting the present dual showers, and moving the entrance door to the existing flatlet. Preliminary sketches available now to aid discussion prior to formal quote.
