Job description:To renovate the loft inorder to male it into a usualable space. Remove debris and old insulation. Clean and lay loft insulation approx 300mm. Two layers of insulation, layed across each other. Raise the joist. Intstall boards to walk on. Install a sky light. Install lighting and 240V outlet. Install a large loft ladder. Job to be conducted from the exterior of the property by using scaffolding.
