Job description:upper storey has one large bedroom (6mx8m) with large walk in dressing room, but all windows are to rear. project is to split this into 2 rooms (approx 2x 4mx6m), install velux windows to front and reduce the dressing room size to allow new door position and increase front room floor area. add 4/6 velux windows to the front elevation, remove 1 5m stud wall and 2 doors, install 10m new stud wall and 3 doors. move 1 radiator 1m and 90degs from north south wall to east west wall. install 1 new light switch (bedroom lights already on 2 circuits + 1 circuit in the dressing room) , move 2 light switches 1m each.
