Job description:We are looking to knock 2 bedrooms together and a showerroom into a master bed with en suite. We have an architect who has done the drawings, had a structural engineer out and done a report and have put into the council for a building warrant. We are now ready to go ahead with the work. We would lik,e to get done soon, but are in no urgency to get started straight away. Wall removal, plastering of walls and ceilings, stud walls put up for the new en suite and 2 old doorways sealed over. Plumbing and electrical work, tiling and sanitary ware neede also.
