Job description:Loft to be converted and staircase to be created. Would like a double room, single room/study and ensuite bathroom. Unsure as yet whether we want just velux windows or whether to go down the dorma window route. The prior owners of the flat had plans drawn up so we have archeticutral drawings which detail sizes however the planning permission for these plans has expired and we would like to do it diffrenetly. Have seen it done in neighbours house so know that it a viable option.
