Job description:I live in a middle flat on the top floor of a tenement. We own the roof space and plan to convert this into a few extra bedrooms. Our next door neighbours have already done this, so one end of the flat is already walled, and I'm assuming this means planning should be ok. I'd like to speak to someone about having 3 bedrooms and a bathroom built upstairs, plus a staircase put in for access. We have a boxroom in the flat so that could be converted I think. We'd also like it built to HMO standards for possible future letting. Thanks and look forward to speaking to you.
