Job description:I live in a top floor flat in a block three storeys high. The party wall between my flat and the next is brick. I want to convert my loft into a bedroom and ensuite. The space is about 9m X 10m at floor level and has a pitched roof 4m high at Apex. The floor will need structural engineering to strenghten and the roof trusss will need to be adapted to get space. I want to fit two velux windows in the bedroom and one in the ensuite. Two double sockets and two normal lights. A stair will have to built which would require knocking some brickwork down. May also have to move three water tanks 12m or so. I only want the area to be complete and the wiring and central heating pipes. i will do the rest of the finishing myself.
