Job description:3rd Floor tenement flat. 2 dormer windows. Creating 2 dbl bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Shower room created downstairs. Wall moved downstairs to create space for stair. I do not take ownership of this flat until 1st of May but I have plans drawn up which will be submitted to Planning on the 1st of May. Neighbours have already converted attic and plans took 2 months to get approved. Based on that I plan to start building in the middle of July.
