Job description:It will involve erecting on walls inc firebreak walls in the attic, 2 bedrooms + cupboard space, bathroom with WC, sink and bath. Also some reconfiguration downstairs - removal of existing bathroom and knocking two rooms into one, some kitchen work (new sink unit). Laminate floor laid in this new room. The property also needs to be completely rewired and a new boiler. These are obviously separate specialised jobs but I'd like to get it all done at once for practical reasons. Thanks!
