Access Construct timber staircase from lower ground. Finishing Sheet all wall with plasterboard and skim all walls. Plumbing install all plunbing and for en-suite Electrics install all wiring for all rooms to accomodate 5 double plug sockets in "den", 4 dbl in M/Bedroon lighting loom for all rooms (lighting tbc)
