Job description:We'd like to convert the loft space that is above our flat in Edinburgh to get two more rooms and a showerrom. Ideally we'd like to get a dormer window+2-3velux, but would maybe settle for velux windows only, depending on the cost... There's no direct access to the loft yet from the flat, no proper floor in the loft.
