Insulating and boarding a loft, plus checking strength of one ceiling below in Ewell

Job description:We've recently moved to a late Victorian end of terrace with little to no insulation in the loft. In one of the rooms below the loft, the ceiling plaster is also sagging slightly, although the structural survey said this was where plaster had come away and sagged rather than anything more serious What we're looking for is someone to advise on and install: - insulation between joists and in rafters - partially or fully board the loft, depending on what is possible - advise on whether we need ceiling replastered or anything more substantial carried out, and carry out what is necessary I hope this gives a good description of the job but please give me a call if anything isn't clear.
