Job description:I have an existing loft hatch, however the 'hole' is very small - on the diaganol it is exactly the width of my shoulders - which makes it tricky to use. I want to enlarge the hatch and install a ladder mounted on the hatch. There is not a lot of space to fit it in as the location is near the eaves of the roof. That said i know of at least 3 houses on our road who have done it.
