Job description:Hello! I am considering having work done in the new year to convert my loft space into a useable area (bedroom) and I wondered if you could give me a very rough idea how much it would cost to have it floored and lined and to also have a fixed staircase fitted (from another bedroom) to access the loft. I have already had new velux windows fitted so this would not be required thanks. If you could give me an idea of costings, I would be very grateful.
