Job description:im looking to floor my loft area im in the process of getting the loft insulated . after thats done i want boards put down 8x2 i also want the hatch opening made bigger so i can use the space for storage the loft is communal so its not mine for sole use. i also would like a pull down ladder attached to the hatch i will supply the flooring and the hatch ladder i just want a price for the labour
