Job description:I have a building warrant for the conversion of a roof space on my house into a dressing room. The works are mainly structural alterations with a small amount of plumbing and electrical work needed. A PDF copy of the plan is available. The house is storey and a half timber frame, and space being converted will be approx 4m x 4m on completion and will have 2 be us windows to the rear.
