Job description:I have converted above my garage and the space is approximately 15ft x 20ft. I require the following: 1. Stud wall building to separate the main room from the ensuite (this includes a door frame, door and lock). 2. Supply and fit entire shower including cubicle and tray. 3. Supply and fit toilet and sink (inc all piping). 4. Tile the ensuite bathroom. 5. Supply and fit a double radiator in the main room (wall mountings and pipes are all there, however the pipe is currently capped off). 6. Fit laminate flooring (I will supply) in the remaining area in the main room. 7. Supply and fit durable brown carpet down the stairs. 8. Run conduit containing a TV aerial and network cable from the main house to the area above the garage. Thanks, Chris
