Job description:converting a detached bungalow loft area into 2 bedrooms and a shower room with staircase leading from current ground floor small bedromm adjacent to hallway. Additionally create an en-suite shower room for master ground floor bedroom from remaining part of small bedroom. Windows to be inserted for both bedrooms by utilising the front and rear gable ends. Further light to be provided by velux windows. If possible to also prepare plans for building regs etc.
