Insulation of 2 bedrooms in eaves of the house in Eltham South

Job description:Our house is 3 floors, and the top floor is in the eaves (not a conversion, the house was built this way). We would like to insulate this roof area. We would like this to be completed in 2 parts. First, removal of the existing ceiling. Some solar panels would then be installed with cable etc. Then (couple of days later) we would like the insulation installing and ceiling re-applied. Pictures to follow shortly.
