Job description:New installation of Mansard roof and floor, in accordance with English Heritage following grant of planning permission. Steels to be considered or can be done by separate company. Really need someone with carpentry and or engineering experience to help build and install insitu Mansard Rafters and Roof rafters, stabilising of the same and welsh slates (along with lead flashing) to make water tight. Job to be done July to August. Could accommodate advice only basis with rates to be agreed. Also need someone to install stairs which will require on site measuring and adjusting due to movement in current building.
