Job description:Loft Conversion to late 1800?s stone built end terrace with traditional roof construction including stone roof tiles. Basic works include: - Weatherproof and insulate roof - Supply and fit 2-3 Velux style roof lights - Stud walls to eaves - Plasterboard and skim to walls and roof joists - Board out floor - Skirting - Box out (encase) SVP and extractor fan. And additionally may include (though this work may be undertaken beforehand): - Cut hole and trim joists to roof space - Supply and fit straight standard softwood staircase - Extend mains electricity power and lighting circuits Finishing to walls and beams to be discussed.
