Converted loft needs insulation in West Harrow

Job description:I have a partially converted loft with dormer, stairs, lights, and radiator. However, not insulated. I want someone to put two windows and kingspan insulation 50mm and 70mm plaster boards. Plus 6 spot lights. Size 4m by 3m approx. On one side of the roof, opposite Dormer I have, space above the roof rafters due to the fact I have a flat front, middle section of roof. If I wanted to take 6 rafters out and support the roof another way then how much extra would this cost.
