Job description:First of all I need to give a little bit of background. We are close to exchanging on 1950s 3 bed semi with an attic room. This attic room was built by the previous owner and there are no records of compliance to building regs. For us to go ahead with the loft conversion we wold like to assess how much it would cost to convert this room. Secondly, we also need to get an estimate on what would be required to involved in get the attic room compliant to building regs including an assessment of the wear & tear, assessment of the stairs, any unfinished plasterboard stud work, and the state of the velux roof light. Once fully assessed we can make plans for the loft conversion.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
