Job description:I own a top floor 3 bedroom flat in a converted Victorian house in Hove. Currently the bedroom at the front of the flat has an old dormer, about 1.5m wide and tall. I want to replace this with one about 3 times the width to create more space in the bedroom, and in the existing toilet room next to it, so as to create space for a complete bathroom. Other houses in the same street have similar large dormers. I am looking for a someone / a team to complete: - Changing the roof structure - Supply and fit windows - Extension of some inner walls - Plumbing and bathroom suite fitting (in a room that already has a water supply) - Wiring changes - Plastering Maybe also the finishing, depending on costs.
